Official MineTribes Rules
The rules stated below are all basic rules of Minetribes. Staff that are Jr Admin or higher have the right to issue a punishment that is not listed below and are able to modify the length or type of punishment they give, if it’s the right choice to make.
This server is meant to be played fairly! Giving players unfair advantages will ruin yours and others' experiences. These rules are enforced to ensure that this server is played fairly and kindly!
If a player is seen to be repeatedly breaking rules or purposely trying to break the rules there will be further punishments in place to prevent this from continuing. If you see this happening please report it as soon as possible.
No players or staff are exempt from breaking any rule, and if you feel like a member of our team has violated one of these rules, please make a ticket and request a higher member of staff (Jr Admin+).
Punishments that can be given to a player that is breaking rules are such: Warnings, Mutes, Temp/Perm/IP Bans and Blacklists.
💬 Chat Offenses 💬
💢 English Only in Chat. 💢
💢 No Spamming. 💢
Example: Excessive use of random symbols and/or letters, or 5+ messages that are typed within 30 seconds and are uninterrupted. Sending the same message 3+ times in 15 seconds.

Example: Using very harsh and overly rude statements towards another player/staff.

Example: teleporting another player to a unsafe location

💢 Exploits and Glitches 💢
Example: Using any bug, dupe, or exploit for your personal gain. Also includes sharing information about an exploit to other players without letting the administration know.

Example: When a player brings any item to an island they are added into the team pool. These items are now considered property of the island and not the player specifically.

Example: duping or exploiting duplicate bugs are illegal. Instead of using a glitch to your benefit, report it to the developers and help make a better gaming experience for everyone.

💢 Third Party Trading 💢
Example: Offering deals or trades for anything which is not directly related to MineTribes. This includes selling or trading Minecraft accounts

Example: Any build that might be inappropriate, homophobic, racist, explicit, or offensive.

Example: Logging out of combat to avoid combat.

Example: It's when someone damages a person's buildings, sets harmful traps, or steals all of their items on purpose

💢 IRL Trades (Items to PayPal) are allowed, but are unmoderated- if you get scammed you will not be helped by any staff members. Please refer to the gifting category on our webstore for acknowledgement. 💢

Using any of the modifications listed as disallowed below. Remember, it’s up to the discretion of our staff as to whether a hacked client is in use, however, all staff below the jr admin must have proof of a ban.

Hacked Clients & Ghost Clients, including but not limited to:
- Injectable Clients
- Vape Clients
- ANY modification which gives an advantage over others in PvP or otherwise.
- Macros of all types, including but not limited to:
- Mining Macros
- Bots
- Scripts
- Chat Macros
- X-Ray
- Phase
- Smart Moving
- AutoFishing
- AutoSalvaging
- AutoFarming
- Fly (without a rank/in no fly areas)
🕒 Punishment Durations 🕒
When staff are giving punishments, we go off of a specific system put in place. However, exceptions can be made by Management to give higher punishment times than the ones listed here. However, this is generally what you should refer to.
